Software provider IPipeline has agreed a long-term partnership with insurer and financial services provider OneFamily.
IPipeline’s SSG Digital platform will replace the mutual’s existing savings, investments, and protection platform, which will be accessible by customers and independent advisers.
The partnership will initially focus on digitising the processes for new products and product enhancements before progressing to the re-platforming of existing products for all OneFamily’s 2.6 million customers.
Graham O’Sullivan, director of IT and change at OneFamily, said the firm was pleased to be working with IPipeline.
“With a multi-generational customer base, it’s important to us to be able to offer the latest in digital capabilities alongside more traditional customer contact channels,” he said.
