IPipeline has promoted Stephanie Hydon to assistant vice president for strategic partnerships.
A well-known face across the protection sector, Hydon (pictured) was an executive board member of the Women In Protection Network until October 2025.
She joined IPipeline from Synaptic Software back in 2017 as head of distribution strategy and was promoted to director of client distribution in January 2023.
Synaptic appointed Hydon as a sales executive in 2014 ahead of promoting her to relationship manager two years later.
