The Income Protection Task Force (IPTF) has unveiled the second batch of advisers taking part in its adviser focused campaign, 7 Advisers.

The seven advisers set to be introduced by IPTF on LinkedIn and Instagram (IPTaskForceUK) next month include:  Charlotte Rogers, Radcliffe IFA; Michelle Grant, LifeSearch; Nicola Huxley, Sphere Financial Services; Dylan Smith, Mortgage and Protection Surgery; Gregory Deer, Muvado; Chis Blyth, Protect365; and Mike Douglas, Ramsay & White Group.

The second set of seven advisors, appointed for a 12-month term, will create video content documenting their experiences as advisors selling income protection. They will also represent IPTF at meetings, webinars, and during Income Protection Awareness Week in September.

The campaign, which has been up and running for 12 months, aims to highlight important issues faced by advisers and share best practice with industry professionals.

The first round of 7Advisers signed off from the campaign earlier this week with their final video documenting what they had gained from the experience. The video can be viewed here.

Jo Miller, co-chairwoman at IPTF, said: “We’re delighted to welcome a second round of 7Advisers to IPTF as our first seven become our ambassadors and continue to spread the word on the importance of income protection for clients.

“Our first 12 months have provided valuable insight into the role of an adviser and have helped to raise the profile of those advisers that we selected.

“Our hope for the next 12 months is to build on the insight we have gained, provide support to our second cohort and, of course, encourage market growth.”
