Protection advice firm John Lamb Hill Oldridge has promoted Holly Hill from senior associate to associate director.
Hill (pictured) joined the firm back in January 2022 as a protection specialist ahead of being promoted to senior associate last year.
Her focus is on advising landed and property estate clients, resolving the issues that arise when placing significant life cover policies in both the UK and international markets.
As Hill has an understanding of estate management, her advice also covers all aspects of a client’s insurance requirements with a specific focus on IHT (inheritance tax) planning.
Hill also previously spent 10 years competing for Great Britain as an international rower.
A graduate of the GB Rowing Team Start programme, she is a double medallist at under-23 level and won the 2017 Women’s Boat Race.
