AMI Global Assistance has appointed Juan Peña Núñez as director of global business development.
Peña Núñez (pictured) was previously director of insurance and partners for EMEA at Healix where he had spent seven years. He joined the firm in October 2015 after 17 years with CEGA Group as client services director for corporate insurance.
Sharing the news on Linkedin, Peña Núñez revealed while he was looking forward to working with his new colleagues and helping the business reach its full potential, he was “genuinely sad” to be leaving Healix.
“I consider myself fortunate enough to have worked with some fantastic individuals there, across all assistance departments and I wish them every success,” he continued.
“However, looking to the future, I am really excited about the challenges and adventures that await me and the extremely talented, multi-skilled AMI Global Assistance team.”
