Krysalis has joined the Income Protection Task Force (IPTF).

Krysalis is a neurological occupational rehabilitation service for individuals who have suffered a brain injury or struggle with neurological conditions.

It launched in 2006 and aims to help those it works with to embrace change and develop independence with everyday activities at home and at work.

Krysalis’ membership brings the total of new members this year to 11.

Jo Miller, managing director of IPTF, said “We are pleased to welcome Krysalis to the Income Protection Task Force.

“Their focus on vocational rehabilitation, specialist experience in neurological occupational rehabilitation and supporting individuals back into work brings valuable insight to our shared goal of promoting income protection as a vital tool in financial resilience.”

Jo Throp, founder and CEO of Krysalis, (pictured) added: “ We are delighted to join the Income Protection Task Force.

“It was described to me recently that a neurological diagnosis was like feeling the ‘full force of a hand grenade head on’.

“Specialist services offered by Krysalis through a Income Protection policy make it possible to lesson and change the impact of these challenging conditions, influencing the lives of individuals and their families, helping them to recover, rebuild, work and live well.”
