Lifepoint Healthcare has solidified its presence in the protection advice market with the soft launch of Lifepoint Lifecare.
The specialist brand offers bespoke life and protection insurance solutions with advice delivered by protection insurance adviser, Robert Wiseman.
Wiseman will be giving advice as a business and personal protection expert.
The full launch of Lifepoint Lifecare will happen this month.
Lifepoint is known as a health insurance advice firm led by Isaac Feiner (pictured). The new business will focus exclusively on life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and business protection.
“Lifepoint Lifecare is about expanding our legacy with a dedicated brand for life and protection insurance, and further develops the Lifepoint proposition for the benefit of our clients, both new and existing,” Feiner said.
“Under Robert Wiseman’s expert guidance, our clients will benefit from clear, professional advice and solutions tailored to their needs.”
Feiner told Health & Protection that while in the early years of the business, Lifepoint actively supported many of its clients with their protection needs, in 2017, it made a strategic decision to focus exclusively on healthcare insurance.
“That focus has led us to insure approximately 20,000 lives through healthcare policies, a testament to our expertise and dedication in this area,” Feiner continued.
Expanding reach
However, Feiner added the firm is now expanding its reach to meet a growing demand for comprehensive life and protection advice.
“Lifepoint Lifecare has been created as a sister brand to provide a dedicated and focused service for life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and business protection,” Feiner said.
“This launch allows us to deliver a more holistic approach to our clients’ financial security, ensuring they receive world-class, tailored advice across all facets of their needs.”
Long term vision
Feiner said the launch has always been part of its long-term vision for the Lifepoint Group.
“The timing reflects both our growth and the opportunity to better serve our existing clients,” he continued.
“Lifepoint Lifecare represents a significant step in ensuring that our advice process is not only thorough but also deeply focused on empowering clients with the best possible solutions.”
Looking ahead, Feiner added: “We will spend the initial phase rolling things out methodically and carefully. We want to be planned, careful and ensure things are done in the best way possible.
“Initially it will be Robert Wiseman leading the advice process and with time and when required we will expand the team commensurate to the needs of the business.”
