LifeSearch is extending a pilot project of offering health insurance advice to a further 45 of its senior advisers in 2024 as it expands its private medical insurance (PMI) offering.
It is initially offering PMI products from Aviva, Bupa, The Exeter, Vitality and Western Provident Association (WPA).
The firm said the move was in response to customer demand and will see it offer a full suite of health benefits, including life, critical illness, income protection, and PMI.
The plan follows on from a 2023 pilot and over the course of 2024 it plans to widen its insurer offering, extend health insurance to 45 of its senior advisers, and embed health insurance into its holistic protection advice service.
Operating through the specialist 4C Platform, LifeSearch offers advice – including researching options, support through the underwriting process and setting up cover – on a free-free basis, for new and existing customers.

She added that the firm aimed to help protect the UK properly.
