Lockton has announced the appointment of Tim Meacham as the president of people solutions.
Meacham, who was previously chief operation officer (COO), will be responsible for leading the vision and strategic direction of Lockton’s people solutions business across the United States. He joined Lockton in 2008 as senior vice president and COO.
Meacham has more than 30 years of experience in leading consulting teams advising on employee benefits and human resources.
Prior to Lockton, Meacham held several senior management and production positions with Wachovia, Johnson & Higgins and Marsh, including employee benefits practice leader.
Meacham began his career in health insurance underwriting and sales with Group Hospitalization and Medical Services Inc. in 1991.
