Kuonen has been with Lockton for 18 years and most recently served as executive vice president and core health and welfare practice leader.

Ryan said: “Nick is a trusted leader with a strong track record of success and I’m excited to partner with him.

“He’s helped one of our largest and most innovative people solutions operations thrive and now he’ll bring that same focus and impact at a national level.”

Steve Idoux, CEO of Lockton Dunning said: “Mark has helped shape our strategy, drive our growth, and mentor the next generation of leaders.

“He knows our business and our culture, and he’s the right person to lead our operations into the future.”

Kuonen said: “This place has been home for a long time and I’m honoured to take on this new role,
