Maxis Global Benefits Network has appointed Jean-David Bridoux as regional manager – Western Europe within its global business development (BD) team.
He has been promoted from his role as account executive, succeeding Damian Allepuz who was recently appointed as regional director – EMEA.
Bridoux (pictured) has more than 13 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
Before joining Maxis in 2019, he worked as a key account executive at Axa France, working with employee benefits clients.
In his new position, Bridoux is responsible for outbound business development across Western Europe and will lead the existing regional BD team working with clients, network members and intermediaries in the region.
Bridoux said: “I’m excited to be taking on this new opportunity and leading the outbound business development team in Western Europe.
“We have doubled our premium volume with Western European multinationals over the last five years and tripled our number of large European captive clients, so I’m looking forward to building on that growth and success in my new position.”
Damian Allepuz, regional director – EMEA, Maxis GBN, said: “I’m delighted to see Jean-David stepping up into this role. He has been vital to the success of our Western Europe BD team with his client focused approach and strong relationship building skills.”
