Maxis Global Benefits Network (GBN) has appointed Brian McCarthy as region manager for the business development team in the eastern side of the US.
McCarthy is now responsible for outbound business development across that region and leads the existing business development team.
He joins Maxis GBN from International Group Program (IGP), where he was assistant vice president of business development for 14 years.
McCarthy has 20 years of experience in global benefits and captive reinsurance, which includes product development, client strategy, business planning and goal setting.
“I’m eager to get started and build strong relationships with our clients and partners to ensure they receive the best possible service from us,” he said.
