Maxis GBN has launched a set of services featuring a new medical claims dashboard holding data and allowing multinationals to generate bespoke reports and create their own graphs.
The Maxis+ services will be included for all the firm’s global captive solution clients starting their programme on or after 1 January 2026, with existing clients having the option to upgrade.
The suite of services includes an interactive summary of medical claims data that offers practical guidance on how to tackle cost drivers.
It also has analysis of public healthcare systems in key medical markets, educational campaigns for employees and bespoke support from the Maxis health and wellness team.
The firm said the services have been designed to help multinationals drill deeper into their claims and help understand their employee health.
Paul Lewis, chief business development officer at Maxis GBN, said: “When we speak to our clients, often their top concern is rising medical costs.
“Multinationals need to address these costs and provide the benefits that support the unique needs of their people.
“I’m delighted that we’re bringing Maxis+ to the market, giving our multinational clients enhanced data insights and services to help them make proactive, data-driven decisions that benefit both their people and business.”
Dr Leena Johns, chief health and wellness officer at Maxis GBN, (pictured) said: “Without timely data insights, managing employee health and medical claims costs in a strategic way is almost impossible.
“For more than a decade we’ve been developing our health and wellness capabilities and, with Maxis+, we now have our most advanced suite of services yet.
“The new dashboard comes packed with enhanced analytics and data, which multinationals can use to generate their own graphs and charts, helping them uncover fresh insights about their employees’ health.”
Maxis GBN has more than 300 multinational clients and its network of local insurers operates in more than100 markets, covering nearly seven million employees worldwide.
