Maxis Global Benefits Network (GBN) has launched an educational toolkit in partnership with virtual clinic for women’s and family health, Maven Clinic.
Launched to coincide with Menopause Awareness Month and ahead of World Menopause Day on 18 October, the toolkit is a ready-made communications campaign, enabling multinationals to educate staff about the impacts of menopause and how to support those going through midlife health.
Available to Maxis GBN’s multinational clients via its OneClient portal, it aims to help them create a menopause-friendly work environment.
The toolkit is also aimed at menopause allies and contains five weeks’ worth of materials and a facilitator’s guide, helping multinationals successfully run the educational campaign.
Some of the key topics covered include:
- demystifying menopause
- how to be an ally
- managing the physical symptoms of menopause
- caring for mental health during menopause
- continuing the discussion on menopause.
