Maxis Global Benefits Network has appointed Damian Allepuz as regional director – Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) within its global business development (BD) team.

Allepuz (pictured) has been promoted from the position of regional manager for Western Europe, succeeding Aaron Brown who is leaving the business.

Allepuz is responsible for all outbound business development across EMEA and will lead the BD teams in the region.

He said: “I’m delighted to be taking on this new role and leading our talented BD teams across EMEA. I look forward to collaborating with the teams to help us deliver the best possible service to our clients and partners in the region.”

Mattieu Rouot, chief executive officer of Maxis GBN, added: “Damian has been incredibly successful while leading our Western Europe BD team over the last five years and I’m pleased to promote him to this new position.

“He has established excellent relationships with our clients in Western Europe and he will provide the same great service across EMEA. I’m confident that Damian’s leadership sets us up for continued success in the region.”
