International employee benefits network Maxis Global Benefits Network has launched interactive health and wellness reporting tools for its multinational clients.
The firm has launched two interactive dashboards – the OneWorld Visual, the COVID-19 Dashboard – and an interactive version of its Paid Claims report. All three are available via the OneClient portal.
The OneWorld Visual allows multinationals to visualise and track the performance of all their medical employee benefits schemes in one place which enables HR and employee benefits professionals to focus on countries with distinct claims patterns such as rising medical trends, increased cost drivers, overuse of a benefit or increased incidence of a certain disease.
The Covid-19 Dashboard illustrates the impact of the pandemic on medical claims, allowing employers to identify trends and the specific impact of Covid on costs and their employees’ health. This includes data on Covid-19 complications, presentations, immunisation trends, Long Covid cases. The Paid Claims Dashboard offers an upgraded and more interactive version of the previous Excel-based Paid Claims report, featuring improved data visualisations and access to even more information about medical claims.
Commenting on the launch, Dr Leena Johns, head of health and wellness at Maxis GBN, said: “These interactive health and wellness dashboards are a great new tool for our multinational clients – helping them fully understand their medical claims. We designed them to be as intuitive as possible, so they are easy to use and provide a breakdown of our client’s data. The dashboards mean employers can have more insightful conversations about medical claims, see how they break down in each country and easily understand their biggest cost drivers.
“Of course, Covid-19 is one of the most talked about health events in decades and multinationals are eager to see the impact this has had on the medical claims. We’re pleased to be able to provide them with an interactive view that helps them understand the impact and plan for the future. We can’t wait to release further interactive medical claims dashboards throughout the year ahead.”
The three new reporting tools are part of a wider upgrade to the OneClient portal which includes improvements to strengthen the security of the portal, new accounts for prospective clients, a new fast-tracked user setup and a feedback survey.
