Kevin Melton has left International Medical Group (IMG) after five years as global head of international private medical insurance (IPMI).
At IMG, Melton (pictured) was responsible for overseeing and expanding the IPMI offering across individual, family, SME and larger corporate in North America, the UK, the EU and rest of the world.
Melton joined the insurer in August 2021 after spending 15 years at Axa Global, where he was global head of sales and marketing.
He has almost 40 years of private medical insurance experience with almost a decade spent as head of international sales for Allianz Worldwide Care. Roles at Vanbreda International and Standard Life Healthcare are also on his CV.
Writing on LinkedIn Melton did not disclose where his next role would be.
“The past five years have flown by and I am honoured to have played a part in the tremendous growth and success that IMG have enjoyed during this period,” he said.
IMG has been contacted for comment and for Melton’s replacement.
