Kevin Melton has joined XN Global Health Insurance as senior vice president, IPMI (international private medical insurance) – portfolio growth and business development.
Most recently global head of IPMI at International Medical Group (IMG), Melton has more than 35 years of experience, holding senior leadership positions at the likes of Allianz Partners and Axa Global Healthcare.
In his new role, he will contribute to the continued development of XN Global’s IPMI business with a focus on portfolio growth, business development, broker and client relationships, and identifying opportunities across key markets.
He will work alongside Mark Dickinson, senior vice president, IPMI – key partnerships, underwriting, product design and account management, and report to CEO, Cesar Moufarrege.
