Santé Group’s employee benefits app MySanté is set to launch next month, with an employee benefits platform enabling employees to house all of their benefits in one place set to follow later in Q2.
At the firm’s annual conference at Aston Villa’s Villa Park, Santé Group chief executive Paul Nugent noted the app, originally set for release around November last year, will now be launched next month.
The app provides access to the HealthHero service giving members a virtual GP service, an employee assistance programme and legal and debt advice.
It also features health checks provided by Bluecrest, retail discounts from Vivup, a cyber scan service from CyberQ which scans the dark web to find if a person’s details are on there and if they are, users get a notification to change their personal passwords.
Health, wellbeing and fitness services and gym discounts are available through My Gym Discounts.
But Nugent (pictured) also revealed Santé Group is set to launch an employee benefits platform in the second quarter of this year providing employees with a hub to house all of their benefits.
“It’s going to have different levels so the employee knows what they’ve got, an employee can request changes, an HR person can accept the changes and we, as the broker, can administrate the changes,” Nugent told Health & Protection.
“It’s another way of providing accessibility to clients, enabling clients in our portfolio to cut down on administration.
“Think about the employers, the employees and their typical questions: Who am I with? Where are my policy documents? How do I claim?
“It’s all going to be in one place and will streamline employee benefits,” he added.
