Employee wellbeing platform MySanté has today announced a partnership with EQL to access its Phio app, a clinically-led digital musculoskeletal (MSK) triage support tool.
Phio will now be available within the MySanté app, giving users immediate access to a virtual MSK healthcare solution.
The MySanté employee wellbeing platform provides a comprehensive suite of benefits and resources to support employees’ physical and mental health. The platform offers a variety of features, including access to a digital GP, counselling support, legal and debt advice, health and retail savings and discounts, and educational wellbeing resources.
The Santé Group launched its MySanté app in July last year. And in January MySanté reached an agreement with virtual cancer survivorship clinic Perci Health to offer app users access to Perci Health’s personalised content and nurse support, with the option to self-pay to access its range of NHS-trained cancer experts for evidence-based cancer care.
Today’s partnership brings together MySanté’s existing suite of employee wellbeing benefits with Phio’s MSK triage tool. Phio’s interface allows employees to quickly assess musculoskeletal issues and receive guidance on the most appropriate course of care.
Phio will also give MySanté users instant access 24/7 on any device, with assessment in minutes, and a pathway to the right care.
“Whether it’s utilising curated exercises from a physiotherapist to self-manage recovery, or taking advantage of clinically led MSK triage support, MySanté users will now have access to MSK care, tailored to their needs,” EQL said in a statement on LinkedIn.
“Through this partnership, we’ll be supporting even more organisations with their health and wellbeing needs, and ensuring employees can access the right care, right at their fingertips.”
Jenna Collins, partnership development lead at MySanté (pictured), said: “We’re thrilled to welcome Phio to the MySanté family.
“Their shared commitment to providing users with fast access to relevant healthcare perfectly aligns with our own values.
“Together, we’ll bring even more enhanced benefits and a seamless healthcare experience to our users.”
Both EQL, the developer of Phio, and MySanté are headquartered in Lancashire, UK.
