New Leaf Distribution has appointed Jo Pawson as head of protection.
Pawson (pictured) joins from John Charcol where she was network business development manager.
A former business development manager for health and benefits at Aon, Pawson has also held national account manager roles at YuLife and Vitality earlier in her career.
Announcing her move via LinkedIn, Pawson said: I’ve always admired the way New Leaf champions its AR’s and advisers – the support they give their network is second to none.
“I cannot wait to get stuck into this next chapter.”
