Nuffield Health has appointed Matthew Lynn (pictured) as chief financial officer.
Having taken up the role on an interim basis in December, Lynn is joining permanently and will lead the charity’s finance, legal and risk teams.
A qualified accountant with 16 years’ experience and specialises in financial leadership in healthcare and not-for-profit organisations, Lynn joined the charity from PwC, where he was a senior leader in its healthcare division.
Steve Gray, chief executive of Nuffield Health, said: “I’ve been incredibly impressed by Matthew’s professionalism and energy since he joined the charity on an interim basis in December last year.
“He has already made a real impact to how we operate in the short time he’s been with us, and I am delighted that he’s chosen to join us on a permanent basis.
“Matthew is fully behind our mission and will play a key role as we increase our reach and support the health and wellbeing of people across the UK.”
