Occupational Health Assessment has appointed Claire McCusker to the newly created role of practice director.

A thought-leader in the primary care and occupational health spaces, McCusker (pictured) has extensive experience right across the corporate healthcare landscape.

This includes as principal strategic consultant at global intermediary firm Aon, as well as senior roles with Nuffield Health and HCA Healthcare.

Her remit includes leading the growth, development and delivery of the organisation’s service, focusing on client service and support, business development, operational and financial efficiency.

Magnus Kauders, managing director of Occupational Health Assessment, said: “Claire is the consummate healthcare professional and we are all thrilled to welcome her to the team.

“Claire has unparalleled experience, having developed her career across insurers, providers and advisory firms.

“She’s also a totally awesome human being, so we know she will get on well with all our clients, doctors and nurses.”

McCusker added: “It is a real privilege to be joining the fast-growing team at Occupational Health Assessment. As employee wellbeing and healthcare moves to the top of business agendas, the exceptional support Occupational Health Assessment delivers has never been more important.

“I’m looking forward to driving the next stage of expansion and the services we deliver”.
