Phil Willcock is to join the board of One Family Group as a non-executive director from 1 January.
Willcock (pictured) was most recently CEO of AIG Life Ltd in the UK, where he led on its sale to Aviva.
He will join OneFamily as it executes plans to expand its Beagle Street insurance brand into the intermediary market and completes a modernisation programme.

He added this was an exciting period for the organisation and Phil’s knowledge and experience would be invaluable.
Willcock added he was delighted to be joining the organisation, particularly ahead of its launch into the intermediary market, and was looking forward to working with Jim and the team.
Willcock has more than 15 years’ experience leading major insurers and financial services organisations.
His career includes two years as managing director of UK health at Aviva before progressing to sales and marketing director and then chief operating officer of the overall Aviva UK Life operation.
He was also CEO of its Italy business for 18 months before becoming CEO of Railpen and then joining AIG Life UK.
