The OneFamily Group has appointed Colette Ward as operations manager within its underwriting team.
Ward will be charged with driving the organisation’s growth strategy, with a particular focus on enhancing underwriting capabilities.
She joins from AIG Life where she was a high net worth underwriter and has held underwriting roles at Aegon and Royal London earlier in her career.
OneFamily said her experience and leadership will be invaluable as the OneFamily Group, which includes life and critical illness cover provider Beagle Street, continues to expand its services.
Ward will work closely with Alison Warburton, who joined OneFamily as underwriting philosophy manager earlier this year. The pair report directly to Jonathan Boucher, who leads the underwriting team.
