Oneglobal Broking has acquired distributor Life and Annuity Services, Bermuda for an undisclosed sum.
Completion of the deal is subject to regulatory approval.
Headquartered in Bermuda, Life and Annuity Services specialises in life insurance and annuity planning for high net worth and ultra high net worth clients and will continue to trade under its existing name although it will be fully owned and integrated into Oneglobal.
