Axa Health has announced that Paul Moulton, SME and large corporate director will retire at the end of June after more than three decades with the insurer.
Moulton (pictured) will retire on 30 June and the insurer said his replacement had yet to be appointed but the recruitment process was underway.
He originally joined PPP Medicalcare, a subsidiary of Axa PPP which later became Axa Health, as an intermediary sales consultant in 1991.
Since then he has held many senior management roles within the distribution team.
After managing the corporate team, Moulton took charge of the SME team in 2016 and in 2020 his role was expanded to oversee both the SME and large corporate teams.
Axa Health CEO Heather Smith said: “Paul has made a significant contribution to Axa Health in all its manifestations and leaves a strong and positive legacy.
“I have really valued and enjoyed working alongside Paul over the last 15 months and have learned a lot from his knowledge and experience.
“I simply can’t thank Paul enough and wish him the happiest retirement.”
