Luis Pedro has been promoted to CEO for Cromwell Hospital, effective from 1 August 2026.
Pedro (pictured) who joined Cromwell Hospital as chief operating officer in May 2024, previously held senior leadership roles at The London Clinic and Aspen Healthcare, alongside an extensive career in hospitality and customer service.
Cromwell Hospital is part of a hub of Bupa’s healthcare services within the London region.
Sarah Melia, general manager for Bupa Health Services, said: “Luis has been a fantastic leader since he joined Cromwell Hospital in 2024, his leadership, vision and commitment to excellence has helped him play a key role in strengthening operational performance and enhancing the experience we provide to patients and consultants.
