PIB Employee Benefits has promoted Takako Nagata to the role of principal consultant.
Nagata (pictured centre) was previously a senior employee benefits consultant for international at PIB, a role she took on in 2022.
Prior to that she was at Broadstone as head of proposition for international risk and health from 2019 to 2022.
In that role she managed a team of four, and developed a business strategy and client support, for global company accounts.
Prior to that she was an international medical manager at Broadstone, for more than 10 years from 2008 to 2019.
Nagata said via LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as principal consultant at PIB Employee Benefits.”
