Premier Choice Healthcare (PCH) has promoted Alex Tate to sales director and appointed Advo head of employee benefits, Lucy Irvine, as project director as PCH integrates the company into the wider group.

Previously head of employee benefits (North), Tate (pictured) will now manage the overall sales team of 47 colleagues.

He will work closely with the recently appointed Lucy Pearce, commercial director, who joined PCH in July.

Tate said: “I am excited by this opportunity to drive further sales growth across PCH, and I look forward to working closely with Darren on our strategic plan”.

Following the acquisition of Maidstone employee benefits intermediary Advo in July, PCH also said that it has restructured in order to support its integration and the continued growth plans which includes an active acquisition pipeline.

As part of the restructure, PCH MD Darren Perkins has also appointed Advo’s head of employee benefits, Lucy Irvine, as project director who will be joining the PCH management team on 1 October 2024.

Perkins added: “Lucy’s knowledge and skillset will help us achieve our strategic goals for 2025 and beyond.”
