The Apprentice kicked off yesterday – so how did our sector’s representative on the show do?

Thankfully, protection adviser Raj Chohan (pictured) was on the winning side as the two teams were set the challenge of organising an away day at a castle in the Scottish Highlands.

While Chohan’s team’s fish cakes were adorned with the unusual choice of sweet crumble rather than the more traditional choice of breadcrumbs, the women negotiated well and even posted a profit.

The opposing male team were beset with delays, brownies that were not up to scratch and trying to entertain guests who just wanted to go home.

They incurred the wrath of host of the show Lord Alan Sugar for posting a loss.

This led to the team project manager Virdi Singh Mazaria choosing to take Oliver Medforth  and Steve Darken back with him into the boardroom with Lord Sugar sending Oli on his way.
