Reassured has appointed Laura Benton to chief customer officer (CCO) – a newly created role with responsiblity for the development of Reassured’s customer strategy.
Benton, who co-founded Reassured, previously held the role of chief operating officer (COO) at the advice firm.
As CCO, Benton will continue to oversee customer outcomes, contact strategy, quality assurance, complaints, and customer feedback functions, as well as her new responsibilities.
She will include the design of an end-to-end customer engagement programme, the use of AI and analytics in customer journeys, and the evolution of its product offering.
Benton remains a member of Reassured’s board, and will report to Mark Townsend CEO.
