“He played a pivotal role in building and shaping the identity of our distribution team.
“Andy also played a key role helping the strategy of the Society and putting us on a strong trajectory for the future. We all wish him a happy and well-deserved retirement.
“I’d also like to congratulate John on his new role. He’s been with Holloway Friendly for over eight years and has strong relationships with our distributors, together with a great understanding of their challenges and opportunities.
“We’ve had a year of strong growth, with an increase in distribution written of over 90% year-on-year. John will now lead our distribution strategy to help us continue to grow in line with our plans.”
Roberts added: “Andy’s legacy is a team that operates with energy and strong values, and that’s truly driven to support the intermediaries and partners we work with.
“My focus will be to build on these fantastic foundations and continue to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and make sure we provide exceptional value to our members and distributors.
“I found Andy inspiring to work with, and wish him a happy retirement, I know he will be missed by colleagues and our distributors alike.”
