The Savings Bank Mutual Life Insurance Company of Massachusetts (SBLI) has agreed a distribution partnership with life insurance technology firm Plum Life.

The partnership means SBLI’s guaranteed level premium term life insurance products will be available through Plum Life’s digital platform.

The platform is designed for the life insurance industry and enables advisers and their clients to access and manage their accounts anywhere, any time.

Denis Clifford, senior vice president of distribution at SBLI, said: “This strategic partnership supports SBLI’s continued commitment to build diversification in its brokerage distribution and to be the partner of choice for seamless integration and simple solutions.”

Manish Bhatt, CEO and co-founder of Plum Life, added: “We’re on a journey to create the best life insurance selling experience in the industry and our partnership with SBLI is a big part of that.”
