Silvercloud has opened its ‘Space from Covid’ digital wellbeing programme up to everyone across the UK for free.
Alongside the launch of its Nurture your normal campaign, the digital mental health platform’s service offers modules on managing challenging times, dealing with grief and loss, tackling money worries and techniques for relaxation and mindfulness.
The offer has no restrictions, no commitments, no pin or other barriers to use, is available to everyone over the age of 18 years and is not a time-limited.
Those accessing the service have also been advised to talk to their GP first if they need mental health support.
