Simplyhealth has launched a whole of workforce health solution which includes plans starting from £3 a month per employee providing access to a virtual GP, mental health and physiotherapy support.
The three new elements of the product, Essentials, Fund it and On demand, are available to organisations with more than 1,000 staff.
The product range also includes more funding solutions and services including neurodiversity assessments and menopause coaching.
The healthcare services are housed in one app with all pre-existing health conditions covered.

Essentials
An annual digital healthcare subscription or fully funded plan starting from £3 a month providing 24/7 access to virtual GP and nurse appointments, mental health support and counselling, and 24/7 muscle and joint pain digital assessments and self-management (physiotherapy). It also includes 24/7 access to professional legal and financial advice, and gym discounts. Simplyhealth said the plan focused on the main drivers of sickness absence – mental health and musculoskeletal (MSK) issues.
Fund It
A funding solution for businesses to provide pay and claim health benefits to help employees cover the cost of physical healthcare services, such as dental, diagnostics and physiotherapy for musculoskeletal conditions. This can be tailored to business’s needs.
On-demand
A range of discounted and self-pay healthcare services for employers who want to provide a pay and claim health benefits to their colleagues. Eight of the services are new including: coaching for menopause, mental health, parental support and sleep; neurodiversity assessments for adults and children, open-ended digital therapy sessions; gut health and healthy diet advice; discounted face-to-face and video physiotherapy sessions, and discounted prescription eyewear.
The current Simply Health Plan also remains available to businesses of at least three employees.
