SIP Medical Family Office has acquired the client portfolio of Expat Assure for an undisclosed fee.

The move follows Raymond and Karen Leprêtre’s decision to retire. Antoine Cartiser (pictured right) and Chantal Leprêtre (pictured left) have joined SIP with immediate effect, based at its new office in Fitzrovia, London.

Chantal Leprêtre will join Diana Chernetska in the firm’s client advisory team, with Cartiser joining Tammy Sykes.

Kieran Brown, managing director UK at SIP, said: “We are truly honoured Raymond and Karen chose to work with us. They are very well respected, even loved in our industry. I am proud they have trusted us to continue the good work they started.

“It’s a very exciting time for SIP. And for many reasons, we are very happy with the Expat Assure portfolio acquisition.

“Independently finding the right international health solution is only one part of our service. It’s really the medical family office and our concierge service that sets us apart and truly provides peace of mind for our partners and clients. Now we have our expert team in Zurich and now in the heart of London.”

Raymond and Karen Leprêtre, directors of Expat Assure, added: “We are delighted that our portfolio of clients has been acquired by SIP MFO Ltd. SIP, a highly respected broker, will continue to serve our French clientèle.”
