Spectrum.Life has promoted Ellie Janik to the role of director of client success.
Janik was previously the strategic customer success manager when she started at Spectrum.Life at the beginning of the year.
Prior to that she was at Dialogue from September 2023 as an enterprise account executive and relationship manager.
Before that Janik was at Bupa for more than four years as a business development manager.
Janik said via LinkedIn: “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as director of client success at Spectrum.Life.
“It’s been amazing to be a part of Spectrum’s incredible growth journey, and to support our work with forward thinking insurers to help shape the future of preventative, digital-first healthcare.”
