Spire Healthcare has launched an end‑to‑end workplace health solution designed to help employers proactively improve employee wellbeing, reduce sickness absence, and boost productivity.

Spire Workplace Health is a single proposition spanning prevention, advice and treatment – including access to GPs, physiotherapy, musculoskeletal services, mental health support, diagnostics and elective hospital care.

The service offers population health insights and predictive analytics, statutory and advisory health surveillance, wellbeing workshops, ergonomic assessments and workplace immunisation and vaccinations.

Customers have access to physician and nurse support delivered occupational health assessments, new starter screening, ill-health retirement and expert consultancy to create workplace health strategies tailored to each business.

They also have mental health and physical health treatment pathways as well as access to hospital group’s national network of specialists, diagnostics, GP appointments and 38 private hospitals.

Jon Clover, managing director, Spire Workplace Health, said: “Most of us will face health issues during our working lives, either personally or offering support to colleagues as a manager, but current solutions for businesses are fragmented and far too reactive.

“Workplace health in the UK is at a tipping point. Employers are grappling with increasingly complex employee health needs, rising absence and reduced productivity.

“Spire Workplace Health is designed to provide an end‑to‑end service that helps businesses predict risks, offer preventative solutions, support employees early, and provide fast, high‑quality treatment when needed.

“Proactively supporting employees to manage their health in a timely and safe way, from onboarding to retirement, in turn also benefits employers and the UK economy.”
