Advice firm Succession Wealth has appointed Andrew Barker as director of proposition.
In his new role Barker will be responsible for making further enhancements to Succession’s proposition across several key areas including platform, investment strategy, use of technology and the protection and mortgage offering.
He will also take charge of the firm’s independent schools and employee benefits businesses, along with the firm’s brand marketing.
Barker, who joins from 1825 where he was head of client proposition, is also a former head of proposition at Prudential Financial Planning.
Commenting on his appointment, Barker said: “Succession is unique in so many ways, but it has always been known for embracing the very best people and technology and offering a superior client experience.”
