The Exeter has promoted Jack Southcott to head of proposition (protection).
Southcott was previously proposition lead for protection products having been promoted into the role in April 2023.
He has spent his whole career in the sector with the mutual, now totalling more than 15 years, having begun as a sales and marketing graduate intern in 2009.
His previous roles include proposition manager, product manager, marketing project leader and marketing executive.
When contacted, The Exeter told Health & Protection it did not comment on internal promotions.
