Ryan Hopkins, Future of Wellbeing Lead at Deloitte, shared his lived experience of mental health and discussed how organisations can create workplaces where individuals can be healthy, happy and productive.
Ruth Pott, Head of Workplace Wellbeing at BAM shared examples of how organisations can address mental health in a male dominated industry, including tackling subjects such as suicide and addiction.
Finally, Harriet Finlayson, Mental Health Team Nurse at Bupa discussed insights from the Bupa family mental health line and how employers can better support working parents and guardians.
