The Right Mortgage & Protection Network has appointed Adam Stretton as chairman among a series of key leadership promotions.
Stretton previously served as managing director and is a founding director and shareholder of the network.
After nine years with the network, leading its compliance, risk and training functions, Ben Allen has been promoted into a leadership role, and will become managing director of the network.
The network said he had a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to supporting its advisers and will be tasked with driving network growth.
As managing director, Allen will provide clear day-to-day leadership, ensuring the network continues to thrive in an evolving industry. He will work closely with the network’s board of directors, focusing on strengthening adviser support, expanding services, and delivering sustainable growth.
In addition, Amanda Wilson, previously sales and recruitment director, has been promoted to the newly-created role of commercial and strategy director, supporting its continued growth and strategic vision, to drive the next phase of its expansion.
Stretton said: “I am honoured to take on this new role as part of our recent board restructure and look forward to continuing to support the board of directors, senior managers and staff in the next exciting phase of our journey. I would like to congratulate Ben on his promotion to MD and also Amanda on her change of role.”
