Tobin Murphy-Coles – the high-profile entrepreneur and healthcare and insurance investor and strategist – has joined PES as its new CEO.

Murphy-Coles (pictured) begins his new role at the specialist health, risk and wellbeing consultancy and employee benefits provider this week, in the latest stage of a wide-ranging career across the sector.

His previous roles have included senior positions at Aon, Benefex and Jelf, while Murphy-Coles is also the co-founder of earthmiles, a provider of “full engagement wellbeing tech in the workplace”.

PES founder Ian Rummels said that having been involved in employee benefits for many years and held senior positions across the industry, he is “confident that Tobin will be a great fit for the business”.

Rummels said: “He shares many of our values and I think this is a brilliant and exciting step forward.

“PES is a fabulous business, with some wonderful people, supporting equally wonderful clients. Under new leadership I can only see it flourishing in the coming years.”
