Towergate Employee Benefits has appointed Sarah Webb (pictured) as senior project manager within its benefits technology team.
Webb’s responsibilities will include overseeing the employee benefits technology projects, processes, and working to enhance its proposition.
Joining from Channel 4, where she was pension and benefit manager, Webb has 15 years’ experience working in employee benefits, with a focus on pensions and technology.
She also previously worked in the video games sector.
Webb reports to head of platforms Renny Wickham.
Wickham said: “With the addition of Sarah, we aim to open the business to new technology and employee benefits business while also enhancing the experience of our existing clients. We are incredibly pleased to have her aboard.”
Webb added: “There is so much potential in the area of technology and employee benefits, and I’m really looking forward to using my background and experience to help existing and new clients fully benefit from all the potential.”
