The Ardonagh Group has appointed Mark Mitchell as executive director to support the expansion of its business operations in Asia.
Mitchell (pictured) was most recently the Asia Pacific CEO of Allianz Global Corporate and Specialty, where he worked for more than 11 years.
He has worked for more than 35 years in the industry, including 25 years in the Asian insurance market.
Based in Singapore, Mitchell will work with Ardonagh’s businesses in the region, Envest and Price Forbes, to explore opportunities to expand their retail and wholesale broking footprint and develop new managing general agent (MGA) capabilities.
Ardonagh Group is the parent company of Towergate Health & Protection.
