Towergate Health & Protection is on the hunt for a new head of specialist consulting following Debra Clark’s promotion to the newly created role of head of wellbeing.

Clark will be responsible for the delivery of client workplace wellbeing consultancy services and will lead the development, implementation and ongoing delivery of online wellbeing platforms and will champion wellbeing within Towergate Health & Protection, its clients, and the industry.

Clark’s promotion means the firm is recruiting for someone to lead and manage its specialist consulting team, looking after large SME and corporate clients, providing bespoke customer propositions and initiatives.

She has been at Towergate for three years having previously been with Jelf for 13 years.

Jason Britton, commercial director at Towergate Health & Protection, said: “Debra is known for her passion for wellbeing. She is an inspirational leader, working hard to deliver for clients and colleagues, as well as representing health and protection throughout the industry.

“An award-winning practitioner, Debra is perfectly placed to drive this important development to meet our clients ever increasing and evolving needs in supporting employee wellbeing.”

Clark (pictured) added: “I feel honoured to have been entrusted with this important new role. Wellbeing is hugely important to me. It is something that I support and advocate with colleagues, clients, and beyond.

“When wellbeing is a priority, the employee, the business, and everyone associated with them benefits.”
