Verlingue has acquired Corpad Employee Benefits for an undisclosed sum.
Corpad works with employers across the UK, advising on a range of employee benefits including health and wellbeing.
This latest acquisition bolsters Verlingue’s employee benefits advice operations following the purchase of EBCam in December 2025 and the successful integration of Brunsdon Employee Benefits in 2023.
