Vitality has launched a digital learning series to help advisers meet the growing demand for workplace wellbeing advice and support.

The series of five Chartered Institute of Insurers (CII) accredited courses look into the economic case for wellbeing in every workplace, along with what produces results and how advisers can help employers combine benefits, culture, and wellbeing strategy for maximum impact.

The courses include:

  • Wellbeing is for everyone – the case for wellbeing in every workplace
  • Work heaven, work hell – creating a healthier workplace culture
  • Taking control of health and wellbeing – how a longer, healthier, happier life is possible
  • Why is it so hard to make healthy choices? Using psychology for wellbeing success
  • The perfect plan – successful wellbeing strategy in action.

Each part of the series can be taken as a stand-alone course and the content is presented in bitesize sections for convenience.

Advisers can gain up to 4.5 hours of CPD upon completion of the entire series.

Karl Hewstone, director of sales and adviser development at Vitality UK, noted health and wellbeing was a top priority for many organisations now.

“If the end goal is healthier, happier people, then results matter and our research suggests employers can struggle even when they put measures in place,” he said.

“Our new learning series distils the evidence of what really works into a simple, practical guide for advisers, to help them lead employers to wellbeing success.

”In doing this, we believe that measurable improvements will help grow the business case and investment too.”
