We are beginning with the international private medical insurance (IPMI) and healthcare market and want to hear from those of you operating in this sector anywhere around the world.
Health & Protection has canvassed intermediaries to understand the most important elements of service and support that providers can offer.
Your views will be anonymously collated to provide rankings in seven key elements. These include claims handling, compliance support, speed of response, and staff expertise.
